Moshe Safdie Architects designed the Kauffman arts center in Kansas City, with panels clad in stainless steel. The Kauffman Center is a new and important place for music, opera, theater and dance, which will open in downtown Kansas City, Missouri in September 2011. The Center will present a wide range of artists and performances from around the world, including classical, pop, jazz and music, ballet and contemporary dance, Broadway productions, comedy shows, and more.
